Did you know that a goldfish has a longer attention span than a human? According to the National Center for Biotechnology Information,  human's ability to focus on a single task has been reduced from 12 seconds in 2000 to now 8 seconds in 2014.  The attention span of a goldfish is 9 seconds. However I don't know what constitutes as single task for a goldfish.
